File Access Diagnostic Utility
For XUD v3.x
This tests your web server's ability to READ/WRITE/DELETE files in certain directory
locations using the IIS anonymous user account (usually IUSR_MachineName). Only certain features
require this kind of access. If your server shows problems here, but all the functions you want to use
work fine, then you do not need to be concerned about any errors here. However, to take advantage of all
the application's features, all directories shown here should have FULL ACCESS permissions assigned to
the IIS anonymous user account (or the EVERYONE group).
