TimberEquipment.com Preferred Dealer Program
TimberEquipment.com is a new machinery and equipment marketplace from Industrial Reporting Inc.
(IRI), the publishers of TimberLine and Pallet Enterprise magazines.
TimberEquipment.com offers approved sellers the opportunity to be part of its Preferred Dealer
Program. Sellers enrolled in the program have a distinctive icon next to their listings.
Besides the enhanced credibility that comes with being part of the program, members receive
the following:
- Negative Feedback Alert - Preferred Dealers are automatically notified if a buyer leaves
negative feedback. IRI will work with both parties to try to resolve the situation.
This sometimes includes having the negative feedback withdrawn.
- 10% discount on all online classified or auction listings.
- Free use of and training for the bulk item upload feature.
- Initially, IRI will handle the ad uploading process for the first month for any new
Preferred Dealer.
- Integration with current ad campaign with TimberLine or Pallet Enterprise
magazines. This includes consolidated billing for all TimberEquipment.com ads on your existing
IRI bill.
In order for a company to qualify, it must be verified via a credit check or be an existing IRI
customer in good standing with the company. The Preferred Dealer Program is only open to
(machinery/product/service) suppliers and equipment dealers. Applicants must agree to the
terms described below:
- Service customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Disclose contact information.
- Provide clear and accurate descriptions of goods and services.
- Provide clear policies regarding after sales services, such as refunds and warranties.
- Read IRI's standards and agree to be bound by them.
- Agree to be legally bound to respond to any disputes filed against them within five business days.
- Use the IRI dispute resolution process when necessary.
